For all of the "woolie" enthusiasts out there, the Lanark County Quilters Guild is holding this workshop on Tuesday March 25, 2025 from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Perth Lions Hall, 50 Arthur St., Perth, ON K7H 3E3.

About the Event
For all of the "woolie" enthusiasts out there, the Lanark County Quilters Guild is holding this workshop on Tuesday March 25, 2025 from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Perth Lions Hall, 50 Arthur St., Perth, ON K7H 3E3.
Your instructor will be Jane Burke, Guild President and confirmed wool junkie.
You will make a journal cover in this workshop. You will learn how to:
use wool to add texture and depth to quilts
incorporate wool appliqué into smaller, everyday projects
embellish wool appliqué with embroidery
samples of quilts & small home decor projects will be on display as well as sample resources for design ideas of your own
The workshop fee is $32.00 for members of LCQG and $40.00 for non-members, plus the cost of the wool/supplies kit, currently being developed. The kit cost will be payable to Jane and be provided to you on the day of the workshop.
