QOTT 2025, Day 2 of 4, Hanging the Quilts and Vendor Arrival

Day 2 of getting ready for our Quilt Show that starts tomorrow, Friday, July 11th from 10am until 5pm at the Smiths Falls Memorial Community Centre, and will continue to Saturday, the 12th, 10am to 5pm as well. All the volunteers were in at 8am, to continue hanging the quilts. All the Vendors came in to set up as well, so that everything is ready to go for tomorrow morning when we open. We had volunteers to also check the quilts for stray threads with a Lint roller, and take the Artist Statements out of their protective bag to attach them properly. I took all the pictures of the quilts, and no, I'm not sharing them until after the show is done, so come see them, in person. We have about 258 quilted items. 16 Vendors, a Boutique upstairs, and a Cafe. I totally forgot to get upstairs to take pictures, I'll definitely get some tomorrow. The entry is fee is $10, and you will get a ticket for the possibility of winning a door prize. All our wonderful Vendors have donated a door prize, so that's 16 door prizes, spread out over 2 days. I have attached a few photos, one of the Outreach quilt that has been donated to Pivotal Help, and there are raffle tickets for sale on that. I also have attached random pictures of the Vendor's booths as well.
