BOM & Show and Tell - April Meeting

Updated: 3 days ago

What a great night! I got there early, while the room was being set up, so I could put together my design wall to display the final round of the Block of the Month. Wilton Creek Fabrics in Harrowsmith came in early as well, to set up a beautiful display as our Shop of the Month. During the meeting the Outreach Quilt was presented to Pivotal Help. Lots of awesome quilts in the Show & Tell, including some of the painted Barn Quilt Blocks from the Workshop during the day. I received some entry forms for our QOTT quilt show, still hoping to get lots more. Only one month to go for the reveal of our Guild Challenge, Blooms with Pizzazz. Better get a move on.

And last but not least, Vanessa Genier from Quilts for Survivors spoke about Truth, Reconciliation, and Quilts. They will be at Quilt Canada,  and are looking for tons of binding. Check out their website for anything else you could help them with.

Lots of fun had by all, see you next month. Cathy.
