UPDATE: The Tally is in!
What a stack of place mats — 114 to be exact! (Plus a few other hand sewn donations thrown in). Thank you to everyone who sewed, helping to bring holiday cheer to recipients of the Lanark Meals on Wheels program.
We put out the call, and our members rose to the challenge! The final count won’t be known until Friday – but take a look at the wonderful holiday place mats members sewed for the Lanark County Meals on Wheels recipients. Your gifts will be delivered to the organization early next week, and then added to the table as meals are delivered, bringing a bit of holiday cheer.
