June 2015 Meeting Review

The June meeting marked our 25th Anniversary of the existence of our guild The Lanark County Quilters Guild.  What a great milestone!!  We had our annual pot luck (YUMMY) and some of our members brought in their very first quilted projects for everyone to see. Gloria regaled us with a brief history of our guild for our new members (and the rest of us who didn’t know) and introduced the three Charter members who were asked to cut the 25th Anniversary cake.  Simon Clark (British Invasion) supplied us with live entertainment during and after dinner.  We had hoards of door prizes and everyone had an awesome time.  Very memorable time!!
