Dear Lanark County Quilters Guild members,
The Tuesday March 24th Guild meeting, as well as the March Workshop are regrettably cancelled for the following reasons:
We have the responsibility to our members, families, friends and the community at large to apply the top preventive measure recommended by the Canada Public Health Agency.
On March 13th, Chief Public Health Officer Dr. Theresa Tam urged Canadians to take extra steps to limit spread of virus.
“One way is through social distancing…an important contribution that everyone can make…”
“This means avoiding crowded places….increase social distancing with others to two arm’s length, approximately two metres.”
We care about each other, so be safe, be Calm and Carry on Quilting at home.
