November 2015 Meeting Review

We had a great last meeting before Christmas with a awesome trunk show with Joni Newman and her workshop during the day.  I enjoyed it and we had lots to show that night.  We had sign-up sheets for two workshops in the new year.  Molly Hartin will be doing one on February 10th, 2016 called “Let Me Call You Sweetheart”.  Cathy will be teaching one in two parts in February 2016 on doing a Tuffet.  The Alphabet Challenge table had lots of inspiration with block names and techniques, and Cathy also brought back the Colours to help get you going. Block of the Month handed out a paper pieced block and Library offered lots of new selections.  Outreach had a sign-up sheet for her retreat in February to put together the top for the Charity Quilt.  The Fall Retreat was a huge success and the Spring Retreat is booked for April 2016.
