September 2016 Meeting Review

The President reminded members of the President’s Challenge and the due date of January 2017 meeting.  Any snowbirds will have to get another member to bring theirs to the meeting for voting for Viewer’s Choice.  Block of the Month showed the Rail Fence block.  Library talked about how they have put our Library on line, and did it over the summer.  Round Robin bags were exchanged again.  One more exchange in October and in November, we get our quilts back.  I am excited, I hope you are too.  The Christmas QT is Wednesday, December 7, 2016.  There will be a sign-up sheet in October.   Still looking for items for our Fall Sale on November 12, 2016.  There will be a sign-up sheet for this event as well for sandwiches and squares. A sign-up sheet for Consignment items at the Fall Sale will also be at the October meeting. The trunk show with Sherida Giddings was awesome and there are pictures posted on our Facebook page. C
